The Seedling Baby Sizeless Pocket Nappy is an Australian-owned, affordable, simple, effective, practical one-size nappy designed for use from birth to potty training, without the need for covers, liners or pins.

Seedling Baby sizeless pockets grow with your baby; simply adjust the snaps on the front of the nappy to suit their size. Once set, the snaps are left in place until you need to extend the nappy again.

Each nappy comes with 2 bamboo boosters - 1 small and 1 large. Use the small booster on its own with the nappy on the smallest two size settings and pop the large one in as well when the nappy is used on the larger two settings.

Seedling Baby nappies feature an inner layer of suedecloth, which wicks moisture away from the skin and into the absorbent layers of bamboo boosting. The outer is made from poly/cotton and coated with polyuerthane laminate, for a breathable, waterproof pocket nappy.

Seedling Baby Sizeless Pockets are a wonderfully versatile nappy; easy to use, fast drying, one-size, with customizable absorbency and simple care.

Each nappy comes with 2 bamboo inserts. These are great for day use, as they dry very quickly and will absorb for up to 4 hours on most babies.

We recommend using the small insert for newborns up to about 4 months. You can add the larger insert as the nappy is extended to a larger setting and nappy changing becomes less frequent.

Please make sure you have the correct snap setting for your baby. The Seedling Baby Sizeless Pocket nappy should fit snugly on baby without any gaping at the legs. Gaping is almost impossible with a double gusseted nappy, but if it does occur, it can mean leakage and can be caused by 1) incorrect snap rise sizing, 2) too much boosting for the size setting, 3) folded or uneven boosting.

As with any cloth nappy, plan to change your baby every 2-3 hours. This is necessary to maintain your baby's comfort and is the basic requirement for a healthy bottom.

It is not necessary to use liners with Seedling Baby Sizeless Pockets as the suedecloth inner layer will draw moisture away from your baby’s skin and keep him/her feeling dry and comfortable. However, you may want to consider a flushable liner to make cleaning dirty nappies easier.

Wet liners can be disposed of in the bin while soiled liners can be simply flushed away, which means less mess when it comes to storing and cleaning dirty nappies. They retain solids to help prevent staining of the nappy.

It is important to wash your nappies prior to use to remove any manufacture and transit dust. Bamboo requires 8-10 washes before maximum absorbency is reached. If you do not wish to pre-wash the boosters this many times, please expect lowered absorbency for the first few wears.

 

Night use

The Seedling Baby Sizeless Pocket nappy is a one-size modern cloth nappy designed specifically for day use. If you do wish to use the nappy during the night, please lay extra boosting on top of the shell, rather than stuffing it into the pocket opening. The pocket opening was designed to fit our specially made boosters and over stuffing may damage the elastic.
