Weekly orders need to be received by midnight Sunday and are delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday of the same week depending on your delivery area.
Somebody will need to be available to sign for the delivery. Don’t forget, delivery to your office or Day Care might be more convenient for you. Please make prior arrangements to ensure somebody is expecting your delivery.
We parcel deliveries in a special Organic Bubs cooler bag or foam box for areas outside of Sydney, with dry ice gel packs to keep them safely frozen until 6pm on the day of delivery. You can re-use the bag when you are out and about to keep your Bub’s food and drinks cool and fresh.
In the event that nobody is present to sign for the delivery, we will leave the cooler bag on your doorstep. The Organic Baby Food Company will not be held responsible for any loss or deterioration which occurs subsequent to delivery due to non-timely collection or otherwise. |
